Export Customer Services Administrator

We have an opportunity for an Export Customer Services Administrator in our Headquarters in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Reporting to our Export Customer Services Team Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders
  • Reviewing previous out-of-stock references to ensure the highest stock availability at the time of the shipment
  • Responding directly to customer requests for stock availability, price enquiries and order confirmations
  • Understanding and creating the necessary export paperwork required for specific countries
  • Raising invoices, considering appropriate shipping terms and when to charge carriage
  • Liaising with logistics companies to arrange collections with our freight forwarding agents
  • Supporting the management of stock held at third party logistics centres in Europe and assist our different depots with their stock enquiries
  • Liaising with other internal departments to ensure that new opportunities are maximised, information is shared and a maximum turnover for each customer is achieved

Requirements

  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication
  • High levels of accuracy
  • At least 1 Foreign language essential, German and/ or Polish preferred
